1. Acceptance of Terms

   By registering an account or accessing our services (including via Google OAuth), you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities
   • Registration: Provide accurate, current, and complete information. (e.g., like onboarding in Notion or Asana)
   • Security: Maintain confidentiality of your credentials. (e.g., similar to Strava's account security)
   • Compliance: Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3. Use of the Service
   • Service Description: Manage client relationships, schedule sessions, track progress, and communicate securely.
   • OAuth Integration: Authorize us to receive personal data from your Google account for authentication and service provision, in compliance with our Privacy Policy and Google’s API Services User Data Policy.
   • Data Handling: Information provided through your account will be used to deliver and improve our services, similar to how Asana and Notion handle user data.
4. Prohibited Activities
   • No illegal or unauthorized use (e.g., spamming, hacking, or scraping, as prohibited by all major SaaS platforms).
   • No interference with or disruption of the Service.
   • No misuse of data in violation of privacy or security laws.
5. Intellectual Property
   • All content and intellectual property rights in the Service are owned by Coachify or its licensors.
   • Limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
   • The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
   • Coachify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (as seen in real-world SaaS disclaimers).
7. Termination

   Coachify may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for other reasons as permitted by law. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease immediately.

8. Governing Law

   These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

   We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
